Free Shipping on orders $100 and up

Receive free standard shipping with a minimum online purchase of $100.00 or more pre-tax. Minimum purchase must be met in a single transaction, after any applicable discounts, before taxes, and any applicable shipping fees. Eligible customers must select standard shipping during checkout in order to receive free standard shipping. No adjustments on previous purchases. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Offer is non-transferable and is not redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Pretty Brilliant reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.

4-7 Business Day Delivery from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Plus 1-3  business days for processing.

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business day of purchasing, feel free send an email to customerservice@pretty-brilliant.com.

Standard Shipping on Orders under $99

All items ship with USPS.

Shipping is $7.99 for standard shipping.

You should receive your items within 5 - 7 business days from the day it's shipped.

Orders placed during the weekend or bank holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Please Note:

Priority Shipping is $24.99. 1 - 2 business days from the day it's shipped.

Priority shipping has an estimated day of arrival and is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS.

Please allow a 1-2 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.

*We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We can not replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.
